Asian beetles main diet is eating other insects. They have chewing mouthparts which helps them devour other insects. Their bite feels like a pinprick and is seldom serious, although they have been known to bite humans when agitated.
Asian Lady Beetles emit an acrid odor and can stain surfaces with their yellowish secretions when they are disturbed. The infestations maybe rather large and often times they find there way into the living area of your home and will leave stains and marks where they congregate.
