Squirrels
THE NUMBER TWO PROBLEM IN THE AREA ARE SQUIRRELS.
The Gray Squirrel has long been a resident, but about 20 years ago the Red Squirrel decided to take up residence, and within the last few years we have seen a steady influx of the Southern Flying Squirrel. We find squirrels getting in trouble almost any place you can think of. We have also had problems with them stripping bark from trees, pruning large amounts of pine branches, and building their nests where they are not wanted.
Once we have removed all the squirrels, we typically install wire mesh or a galvanized closure and the job is completed.
DID YOU KNOW?
A squirrel applies its scent to its food by licking it or rubbing it on his face. He can then bury it and find it again even under a foot of snow.
WE ARE RACCOON AND SQUIRREL SPECIALISTS.
